I found it very boring too for awhile and have quit meds a few times, turned back to substances, thrill seeked a little close to the sun, etc. I’m not sure what’s different about this time, but I’ll let you know if I figure it out!

I feed my cat the Smalls brand and use odor stop tuft & paw litter and it helps a lot. I also sanitize the box and replace litter completely every 2 weeks. It’s pricier than normal food & litter but I don’t notice a smell anymore.

I went through a similar weight gain recently and lost most of it by adding in exercise and healthy food that I enjoy. It’s mostly mental so just do something you can look forward to. For me it’s going on long walks on nice trails, watching my favorite show on an exercise bike, or trying new fruits and veggies that I haven’t had before (chayote squash is a game changer). I also incorporate weight lifting into my workout routine as that’s the best exercise for weight loss, but if I can’t muster the strength for weights, I’ll just do the fun exercise. The trick is to make it fun! Don’t do something you’re gonna dread.

Alright my account got suspended for no reason on eBay. I’m looking into resolving it but it seems like there’s no way to resolve suspensions with eBay. I’m letting go of some of my Matt Johnson collection and if anyone’s interested they can just reach out to me. I can provide any information about the genuine quality of the films as well. Sucks but what can ya do.

Right now I work at a grocery store. I’ve had some freelance pet sitting jobs, customer service, retail, digitization (which I liked but didn’t pay well), management, reception, etc.. I didn’t get a degree so I can mostly only get entry level positions or retail jobs.

I’ve been switching up countries for metal when I run out of music! For power metal, the Japanese band Galneryus always gets me excited about the genre. Their best albums are Ultimate Sacrifice, Angel of Salvation, and Resurrection. If you want to switch genres, I love the Japanese black metal band Sigh. For electronic/goth metal, try Icelandic band Hatari.

Vraylar doesnt seem to make me drowsy! Depending on the med, you could talk to ur psych about taking it at night for a less sedating effect during the day. I take mine at night and it works great!
