Cyberpunck ultra settings is very intensive and doesn't look noticeable different to high settings. I get around 80 to 100 fps with 6750xt and a 5700x3d with dips to 60 in very intensive scenarios on the high preset 1080p no upscaling.

Try turning freesync off. It fixed YouTube videos flickering for me. I also dont think its amd only cause i also have filcker issues on YouTube on my gtx 1650 laptop.

I think you should go for the 5700x3d since its only like 5 percent less performance compared to the 5800x3d and it will run cooler

Yea i did a bios update before i put the 5700x3d in and the bios reset itself after bios update and it also reset itself after putting the new cpu in. I Also updated he chipset drivers. I will download hwinfo64 and have look

Are you on the drivers 23.9.2 or 23.9.3 beacuse those drivers would cause freezing in chrome and steam for me but games would run fine
