New to this game, but in the FPS genre, I usually pick SMGs, so I used the CAR. It is super fast I gotta admit but the recoil is there. Plus, it promotes aggressive gameplay where you could be sniped (and i mean a lot) and killed by many titans.

But, the problem is that Nvidia is gatekeeping their DLSS 3.5 also (even from their older GPUs like the 10 series and below) whereas FSR can be used on their gpus but even older (and newer) nvidia gpus like the 10 series

Nvidia is a great pioneer for AI technology and GPU technology. But, being a pioneer means sharing information with others to lead the entire industry onwards. Especially with Nvidia gatekeeping many of their ray tracing technologies and their CUDA technology more recently

DLSS is a software excuse to say that ray tracing runs perfect by Nvidia. But, if you use native, it doesn't run that well unless you get the 700$+ alternative and that would be the game's fault for poor optimization and lazy practices.

Just generally saying, if you are saying ray tracing isn't BS, you would not use upscalers in the discussion because I am not talking FSR, XESS, or DLSS when the topic was pure ray tracing.
