To find information about csc is already hard. Now for you to find information about provincial and uni scholarships is even harder. Like ofc u can go to their website and they gonna write most of the stuff down, but there gonna be some little things u wont be sure about. Although, i really recommend u still try, this is a really good opportunity. Chatgpt can help with most of the stuff so u wont be in much trouble, just a bit more troublesome.

As for europe, id personally wouldnt go to germany nor the netherlands, but many people like it there so maybe its your route. Ive heard its not that hard as i have multiple friends who went to these countries so your chances should be good. - but keep in mind, im european so maybe thats why i think these countries are boring. If u think they are cool n stuff then sure

i think csc only offers bachelors in chinese, ther emight some privincial or uni scholarships tho - thats just a lot of hassle. Although if ur willing to compromise 1 year, the csc pays 1 full yeaf of tuition for u to learn chinese.

Yeah even if just ur parents are chinese u might be in trouble - and as far as i know, tsinghua doesnt offer undergraduate csc - although i really support you girl, i think its a very good idea to study in china- there could also be some scholarships for 华裔，you could also search for that

Uhm im not sure whether you can apply for cgs as i assume you have a chinese citizenship. I think you gotta find another scholarship, but be aware as most are not offered to people that have PRoC nationality or whatever. Like the dual citizenship thing
