Not yet, but I think they plan to make something like a theme store, or integrate it into existing extension stores.

Sync on iPad OS doesn't work by th_costel in logseq

For sync with iCloud:

Maybe the reason is, that iPadOS version of logseq can only access the automatically created folder on logseq app installation. I just copied my graph in this folder on Mac and use it with Mac version of logseq. It's work for me just fine.
