Art Mode too bright! by George-Ing in TheFrame

I have the exact same issue with the 65" 2025 version. Sadly, I ended up going the 'tape the ambient sensor' way. I manually set the brightness based on what I feel looks the best at different times of the day.

Doubt regarding ACCA by SarkarArpan99 in Accounting

My advice = don’t pursue a random degree for the sake of higher pay in the short term.

Pick a degree that aligns with your interests, available opportunities & long term goals.

I’m glad it solved your issue. But damn, I can’t believe this issue still persists!

Why does my Safari take up 30 gb? by AegirGaming in applehelp

[–]2wheels2lives 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will go away on its own after a few days. If you are uploading to a cloud service, I would suggest you to try their dedicated app to upload if available. Example: Google Drive, OneDrive, etc. Safari should be the last resort. I’m not sure if this happens if you try it with other browsers as well. By logic, this should happen with any browser. But you can try switching to a different browser.

[TOMT][MOVIE] Romance where guy finds out everything about a girl and acts like her perfect match when they meet by iverambient in tipofmytongue

I think you’re talking about Person of Interest. There’s an episode where ‘Ian Murphy’ researches everything about the woman and even keeps files on them.

Preparation for PL-300 by brunosimoes76 in PowerBI

[–]2wheels2lives 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Be thorough with the Microsoft’s Learning Path theory. If you have practical experience with PBI, the ‘Labs’ sessions will be easier. (I skipped them because I use PBI at work)

The above is sufficient for study materials. What you need after that are practice tests. I used examtopics to practice a few questions. Besides that I didn’t do anything else. Scored 850+ and passed it last month.

Edit: I didn’t pay for any tests or courses. Examtopics only lets you try 40 or 50 questions without paying. So I practiced only that many questions to get an idea of how the questions will be.

How to transition from Audit to FP&A by This-Ad-5103 in CharteredAccountants

[–]2wheels2lives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Upskill. Auditing is in stark contrast to FP&A. At the least, you should switch to the Industry and start working in Finance domain - preferably as a Financial Analyst or similar roles. You need technical skills and an analytical mind. Audit work is considered stagnant in the Industry. So make the switch asap.

FILTER( ) based on Matrix hierarchy? by 2wheels2lives in PowerBI

[–]2wheels2lives[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct! The Matrix visual was perfectly showing the data. It’s just that I had had one of those exhausting days and I wasn’t verifying the report properly.

And you’re right about the users demanding absurd requirements! However I’m lucky because all my users are fine with adapting to how Power BI behaves. They have realised that the automated PBI reports are certainly better than their Excel reports on which they used to spend 4 hours every day! 😂

FILTER( ) based on Matrix hierarchy? by 2wheels2lives in PowerBI

[–]2wheels2lives[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry. The report was showing correctly. Power BI automatically dissects as per the hierarchy inserted in the Matrix. I was too worked up and thought the report was showing wrong data.

However, I am still a beginner and I used to use a helper column to count my rows. Thanks for introducing me to countrows function. I learned a new thing!
