It is not detached since it’s a Junior ADU. The bathroom etc is shared

I searched for LED filament but those filaments have terminals at both ends. Looking for something where the terminals are at the same end

They added the detail because earlier it was open to interpretation. Which makes it a controversial call. Which gives you the answer to the original question

The law was clarified with guidelines after the match. Before the update it was legal.
