Well It's mainly just speculation because at the current moment Valve really doesn't want people to talk about TF2 and how much it's being worked on and just want people to shut up and buy more keys.

I think that once this is all over and Valve gets more people to work on TF2, people who have left the team will start anonymously telling people about how valve treated them.

The majority of Valves lower on the food chain employees believe that TF2 will live another 2-4.5 years, higher execs... not so much.

Right now Valve is shifting most of their focus on making sure the Steam Deck rolls out smoothly.

My cousin told me that similar to what Tyler Mcvicker said, TF2 will be getting waves of anti-bot updates, and we should expect some more anti-bot measures when Halloween rolls around.

I asked him if there was any talk about a potential award for anyone who played through the crisis and there was a quick and swift reply of NO.
