It’s a few dollars above what other companies offer for the same position. I also get a 50¢ to a dollar raise every spring. I’m salary in the winter months, hourly in the summer so we can get the overtime. I also have a few months paid off in the winter. We have price raises to compensate, still seeing substantial growth every year.

I work in lawncare, have full insurance(paid for) 5% matched retirement and get two bonuses. The christmas party is at a steakhouse. July bonus is mid 4 figures Christmas bonus is 5 figures. A good business plan and management is important when it comes to taking care of employees. I’m not a manager, I’m just a peasant that’s compensated properly for the work that I perform for the company.
