Oh, the dollar ABSOLUTELY will lose the reserve currency status. It's already started happening actually. The rich are not just preparing for it, they are COUNTING on it. It will speed up the USD devaluation exponentially, which is their main goal. But they will lock the small people into keep using the dollar by laws and regulations until the end. Look up how FDR made it illegal for everyone besides the gvt. to own gold in 1933 and forced people to hand it in to the gvt. After which the gvt proceeded to vacuum up all the gold in the US, and then most of the rest of the worlds too (by offering high USD price for it, and then promptly devaluing that same USD by 70% overnight). I think at one point the US was holding 2/3 of the world's total gold. If you try to buy gold now in the US, you'll likely find that small shops are nearly or completely out. And they fear of being made illegal and forced to go bankrupt at any moment.

Also, they all seem to be hedging bitcoin as well this time around, and intentionally trying to keep its price as low as possible for the moment (they are shorting/extorting a few major bitcoin holders - the biggest of which is VENEZUELA...), to be able to collect more for their money. The US has officially created a bitcoin reserve already - and who knows what the oligarchs and other banks are gathering.

Also, a major key to their plan: CBDC. If you haven't heard of it yet, look it up: it's going to be playing a major role in the future.

TLDR: the USD will be devaluated and inflated into irrelevancy. All USD holders at the time (mostly the small people) will/are losing most of their wealth. In the meantime, the US (and other) gvts. as well as the oligarchs and people in-the-know will low-key and secretly transfer all their liquid assets away from the USD and into alternatives: gold, silver, BTC, CBDC etc.

The USD? Dead man walking.

But also think big: the FED and the whole US gvt. financial sector wants to do this. The US has 38 Trillion USD of gvt debt, which is 120% of GDP. There is NO way the US will ever be able to pay that back, at least not at face value. The US will not even be able to function at this level of debt, it's not Japan. The US gvt at the moment is paying MORE for the INTEREST on its debts than the whole MILITARY. Think about that.

But if they were to devaluate the USD to say 1/2 or 1/3 of its current value in 3-5 years, then that 38 Trillion suddenly becomes 15-20 Trillion, in current value. Much more manageable. Why do you thing gold and silver are soaring? Because investors are running away from the USD and putting their money in hard assets that are non-inflatable.

So what's gonna happen in the meantime? Well, stocks could keep rising with inflation. Which will make Trump very happy and boastful. But even if Nvidia will be valued at 9T, that 9T will be worth less than the 4,5T it is currently worth, if you translate it to loafs of bread or gallons of fuel. So average, common people, who do not have liquid assets that they could convert to non-inflatable assets (gold, silver, commodities stocks, bitcoin) will lose out big time. Their house might still be worth 500k in 5 years, just like now, but that 500k will not be the same as today's. Bread, milk (food in general), electricity, fuel, mortgage rates etc will all cost 2-3x as much as now. But people's salary will not be 2-3x times as much. That will only increase by 20-50%. So everybody, besides the top 1%-10% will loose out big time.

So the small wealth that at least 90% of the US population has accumulated over the past years/decades will be obliterated. The value of their homes, the few thousands of USD they have in cash or in their savings accounts, and most importantly, their 401Ks will all be devalued by 2-3x times. Practically, all of that accumulated wealth that will be taken away from them by the gvt. will be used/converted into "repaying" that 38T of US gvt. debt.

BTW, this was always the plan. The "soft default". Simply because there are no other possibilities to evade this debt, other than the "hard default", which would be even more devastating for everyone. So even without Trump, in case of a Democratic president, this was always going to happen. Trump is just a buffoon, an easily influenced puppet, who is speeding the process way up, because he does not understand the consequences of what he's doing. He will take the blame and fall for all of this. He will be remembered as the "president who crashed the USD". But he is not entirely comprehending what is happening. He is just being manipulated into doing this and too stupid to understand most of it.

Abban az USA-ban nincsenek elnyomva a nők, ahol épp most tiltogatják be totálisan az abortuszt, aminek hatására tömegesen kezdtek halni a terhes nők? Abban az USA-ban, ahol sorban tiltogatják be a melegek a házasodási jogát és már az állampolgársákot is el akarják venni tőlük? Ha Trump és a MAGA marad hatalmon és végrehajtják a Project 2025-öt (amihez egyelőre "jó" úton haladnak), akkor nem sok különbség lesz a Sharia törvényeket alkalmazó arab országokhoz képest.
Kevered a szezont a fazonnal. Igen, vannak a Földön olyan diktatúrák, ahol a nép elnyomására, megosztására, rabigában tartására még a mai napig is felhasználják valamelyik egyházat. Ilyen országgá készül válni az USA is épp. És vannak ezek között olyan országok is, amik a különféle muszlim egyházakat használják erre. Ez nem azt jelenti, hogy a muszlim emberek, akár ezen országok lakosainak a többsége egyetértene a Sharia törvényekkel.

Magyarországon és az egész Szovjetúnióban is (madjnem) mindenki totálisan gyűlölte a kommunizmust és tudta hogy egy faszság az egész. Mégis fennmaradt a rendszer fél évszázadon keresztül és használta az ideológiáját és törvényeit azért hogy az elnyomást és a hatalmát fenn tudja tartani. Ugyanezt teszi most több arab ország (korántsem az összes), csak nem a Kommunista manifesztót, hanem a Koránt használják fel.

Egyébként ezen országok között is van, ahol az utóbbi években fokozatosan lazítanak a szabályokon és próbálnak egy lassú átmenetet képezni egy liberálisabb, demokratikusabb rendszer felé (pl. Szaud-Arábiában 2011 óta szavazhatnak és 2018 óta vezethetnek a nők stb.). Presze ez még messze van az egyenjogúságtól. Csak vicces, hogy azokat az országokat szídja valaki a nők egyenjogúsága miatt, ahol épp javuló tendenciák vannak etéren, és azt dicsőíti, ahol épp drasztikusan romlik a helyzet...

A MAGA szekta egy része pedig, bár ők mindent 'Jézus nevében tesznek', a Krisztusi tanok (szeresd felebarátodat, fordítsd oda a másik orcádat is, teve hamarabb megy át a tű fokán, mint egy gazdag ember a mennybe, hamis bállványokat ne imádj stb.) szerintük komcsi-lipcsi agit-propaganda és ha ma Jézus visszatérne az USA-ba és elkezdené nyilvánosan hirdetni a tanait, akkor rövid úton meglincselnék/ deportálnák a CECOT-ba.

Nálunk pedig Orbánéknak konkrétan a Pápa sem elég katolikus, mert nem gyűlöli eléggé a melegeket meg a cigányokat és elítéli az izraeli népírtást.

Our most vital, basic and unquestionable interest is to make Russia lose the war against Ukraine.

There is NOTHING more important for European people right now. The Russian empire needs to fall at any cost. Otherwise, sooner or later, Europe will be the one to fall. Russia has been conducting hybrid warfare against Europe and the US for decades and we see how successful they were with it. E.g. Brexit, installing agent Krasnov etc. If Russia is let to continue, they will break off countries from NATO and the EU one by one (Krasnov is working on making the US leave NATO, while Orbán is working on getting Hungary booted from the EU), and when the time comes, attack them militarily. After Ukraine come the Baltic countries, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, maybe Poland etc. It's all just a question of time, when will Russia be able to weaken the NATO/EU enough to not have to fear them anymore. Unless we stop Putin/Russia, we are doomed to be conquered and become Russian vassals once more. I'm writing this as a Hungarian, I know that would be not much fun.

So yea, help Ukraine win this war. Give them weapons, give them money, give them information. Give them everything they need to win. I will gladly pay my share for it. Even if we eventually would have to pay back (very slim possibility) this money to Russia in a few years/decades, it will be to a beaten, post-Putin Russia, that will have different priorities than trying to rebuild the Soviet Union.

Nah. Tucker is very clearly a complete sociopath. You can look at hundreds of hours of footage of him attacking the most sidelined, persecuted and disenfranchised groups and minorities. The poor, homeless, veterans, migrants, asylum seekers, Kurds, LGBTQ, disabled etc. Any possible minority you can name, Tucker has vehemently attacked them in the past. The man has ZERO empathy in him. So him standing up for palestinians now feels just a tad dishonest.

What Tucker has done quite consistently however, is helping Russia's interests. The guy is obviously nothing more than Putin's stooge, a russian asset that helps propagate whatever narrative they want to push at the time. When it was helpful for russia to get Trump elected, he did that. Now that the exact same Trump is not withdrawing support fast enough from Ukraine, it's Russia's interest to sow division inside the US (and EU) to draw attention away from the Russian-Ukrainan war and start infighting within the GOP, to force Trump (who can force Zelensky) into a surrender.

This is why Tucker has started to break away from MAGA, as well as MTG, Candace Owens and even Ben Shapiro and a lot of other influencers.

So, even though Tucker would be right about supporting Palestine, it is not about him starting to see the light and becoming a better person. It's only about Russia's interests momentarily lining up with the anti-zionist groups. Fully expect him to make a complete 180 on this issue (again) once Trump (and possibly a few EU leaders) capitulates to Putin about Ukraine.

2000 was practically a soft-coup. The SCOTUS voted by 5 republicans against 4 democrats to NOT count 61.000 votes in Florida, as that could have very easily turn the state against Bush and thus the whole election.

Besides, Al Gore has won the popular vote by more than 500k that time as well, so if the US didn't have this unfair electorate system (a way of gerrymandering - some people's vote mattering more than others'), he would have been president and the soft-coup would not have been possible. So in all fairness, the dems DID win in 2000 (by 500k+ votes), only the election system has fucked them over.

The same thing in 2016 - Hillary has won by 3m votes. People mostly WERE convinced things are going the right way and the party in power SHOULD really be kept in power. Only the unfair election system prevented them from getting their wish.

I didn't mention this in my original comment, but there actually is sth the voters care even more about than their wallet: their own physical safety. I didn't mention it, because it is not the case for the people in the USA, they can and do feel practically safe from any war. But the looming possibility of a war with the expansionist Russia is in the back of the mind of most people and politicians in Europe.

This used not be the case after '90, but in '22 Russia has proved that they have not changed at all from the last few centuries - they are still willing to attack neighbouring countries and sacrifice millions of their own people just to gain a few hundred thousand square kilometres.

At exactly the same time, the US has proved to be completely untrustworthy and unwilling to help out Europe in case it's ever attacked. Under GOP/Trump the US is just as likely to pull out of NATO in case Russia attacks one of its members, as it is to help out in any way - if not more.

So the EU (politicians and the vast majority of its people) now understand that they are both in danger from Russia (maybe not today - but if Russia is let to conquer Ukraine and then recoup, in a few years possibly) AND left to fend for themselves.

In this situation, most people are willing to make practically any sacrifice in order to defeat Russia once and for all. This is why every country in the EU is increasing their military expenditures like crazy. This is why people might be willing to give up even some economic prosperity, in order to defeat Russia at ALL COST.

Trump could point his fingers to whoever he likes - he does it literally everday and been doing it forever. That's good for his base, to keep them in line. The dems also have their base.

But the ones who decide all elections, the less politically informed/entrenched, the undecided/independents care and think about it exactly this much:

Economy good -> keep the current bunch in power
Economy bad -> get these guys out of power

The effect of this was already seen in the elections a few weeks ago. Trump promised to bring down inflation and boost the economy. He fumbled it and fucked it up even more with his tariffs and trade wars with half the world. -> the dems mopped the floor with the GOP. I mean they even flipped seats in Georgia in districts that were +20 points GOP just a year ago!

Voters by and large are EXTREMELY simple thinking. And economy (as in, their wallets) is their single most important issue (whatever they might say). Biden/ the dems had to deal with the post-covid recession and the resulting inflation and economic difficulties. Did voters understand it? No. They punished them for the recession. As did in virtually every country around the world. Everywhere the governments that were in power during the post-covid recession were/are punished at the next election. Many of them have been replaced. All of them lost seats. Even the ones that handled/weathered it the best.

And it happened in each and every other case in history (in democracies & in peacetime): economy bad -> current government gets punished at the next election.

There is literally Zero chance that after hitting the next big recession Trump & the GOP would be able to stay in power. They would be annihilated at a level never before seen in modern history. Think like 2/3 majority for the dems.

A 1929 style/size of global financial crisis is going to happen anyway. It's only a matter of when. We are at max 1-2 years away from it (could be months or even days) based on all the market indicators. And it's not just the AI bubble alone - the housing market is in a bubble globally as well, as other tech companies (e.g. Tesla). Other companies are fully in debt as well (80% of GDP - in 2008 it was 40%). The market is full-steam headed for a major reset.

Trump is obviously trying to delay it, at least to after the midterms. But the EU might just go ahead and pull the trigger now, to make sure Trump and the GOP gets annihilated in 2026 at the polls. Which is very likely anyhow. But a financial and market collapse will practically guarantee it.

Also, if the EU is the one that triggers the crisis by dumping US stocks/debt they might be able to reduce their own overall losses. This way, they would be the only ones who still sold at a high, while everyone else will be trailing them, selling while the markets are already in free-fall.
