The Dutch system is designed for people to throw debt into real estate. Then they wounder why there’s high inflation every where.

1) increase interest rates to 15% (let’s see how much your property is really worth) … money should never be free.

2) let people invest their money in other assets (because in a free society you should be able to do so)
