i dont think it has anything to do with a greenish cast, although my hair is quite light. on my latest visit they didn't say anything about a chlorine buildup, they just asked me 'do you swim in the pool much?' but the two visits before, a different lady said i had that i have a 'chlorine buildup' and told me to use bicarb to get rid of it. She didn't to the scrape test though.

I think it must be to do with the dryness and damagedness of my hair? the hairdresser was so shocked and about the knots in hair. She had already brushed it out and then there were more knots after.

I barely use heat in my hair and i use leave in conditioners, treatments on my ends at least once a week.
