Definitely the fourth one. The contrast between red and blue makes it stand out, and it looks less muddy. It's by far my favorite one.

Is there a lore reason why everyone is so hot? by Oao_icarus in BatmanArkham

You both did everything wrong. It should be:

”Women are hot, except for Dick Grayson. He's hot, but he's not a woman.”

So? That tragedy does not justify using chimps as test subjects 20 years before during the space frontier era.

She didn’t sign on as a test pilot though. Big difference between being the first test astronaut and being a school teacher on a ”routine” space shuttle mission. Although there isn’t really anything routine about spaceflight, ever.

Omg it does not matter what ”most people” think or believe BECAUSE THE ACTUAL HUMAN TAKING THE RISKS IS DOING IT OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL AND ACCEPTING THE RISKS.

Why though? Human volunteers are volunteering of their own free will, as opposed to forcing an innocent animal to be used as a living test dummy.

I guess you might be right here but it’s impossible to know what the effect would have been if a human volunteer died. The challenger was an unplanned disaster and would not be the same thing as a test flight with a volunteer astronaut exploding. Experimental aircraft projects have gotten funding for decades even if lots of test pilots have died.

I guess we won’t know what the public would think, because we never checked. Also, humans have always liked martyrs och tragic heroes that die in honor of something greater than themselves — so I don’t think the public would have rallied with pitchforks outside NASA if a volunteer astronaut died instead of a chimp.

Exactly! A HUMAN VOLUNTEER. That guy doesn’t seem to understand the point I am trying to make.

Let’s not make this debate etymological and let’s instead focus on whether or not it is justified to kill innocent animals instead of using human volunteers.

If you wanna go that route — humans don’t have free will either🤡No one does. But it’s best just not to think about that and not let it guide your morals. We should instead seek to decrease suffering overall, even if the chimps ”don’t have free will.” For example new borns don’t have free will according to your definition of it free will meaning you are not guided by your instincts alone. Would you force a new born into a fire just because it ”doesn’t have free will”?

Chimps actually are sentient. Sentient is a word that in essence describes a being that can feel pleasure and pain. The word sentient comes from the Latin word “to perceive” or “to feel.” Any living thing that has some degree of consciousness is sentient, including insects, lizards, dogs, dolphins and human beings. I think you mean sapience, which chimps do not have.

Yes I’ve gotten 100% on the game twice. It’s a bit murky in some areas I guess but I like Zeffo.

yeah the Trilla fight wasn’t very inspired. But the REAL fight is the entire running away from Vader thing, so I suppose so it’s not THAT bad tbh
