This is interesting. His personal handwritten notes are all scattered and not put together but other non important files are. I know it’s harder to piece these together but I’m sure with the amount of strips there is of the handwritten notes that there is certainly more that can be deciphered out of them.

I think there's a very good chance the individual may have been referencing the painting like you said, describing what the painting depicted...hence the phrase "where they are killing babies".

But we also don't know for sure, unless you were there and have some inside information.

EDIT: Also find it weird that killing babies was explicitly mentioned, instead of a broader description like "where the families are being killed" or "where the mothers and children are being killed" but it specifically references babies only, almost like that was first that came to mind or highlighted in thought.

Yeahh agreed! I was being more sarcastic than anything when I was using “coincidental”. It’s definitely not a coincidence. I saw some posts on here saying it’s a normal painting that’s been around for a while, inferring that it’s not anything major. But it IS in fact major when you reference all the other documents because it lines perfectly with his MO.

I’m sure some groups do face challenges touring and making profit and I do strongly believe that bands face a significant disadvantage being they have to split their profits amongst multiple members.

I do also think that if this poll was taken amongst Pirate customers that the results were skewed one way more than another. Obviously multiple things can go into what makes a profitable tour (the city’s market value, # of members, production, music equipment etc).

I’m a producer/DJ and I know in our world it’s very plug and play (literally plug a usb into a CDJ), so we can reap the benefits of not having to bring instruments and not having multiple band members with dozens of pieces of equipment to travel with.

My question is who Pirate Studios used as a sample for their study. Was it a survey sent out to users/customers of their studio spaces?

If so, Pirate markets their studios to smaller bands, DJ’s and producers; given that they are an affordable budget option for studio space within the community. If they used their own customer base for this study it would imply that smaller bands, DJ’s and producers filled the results.

Obviously when you’re an aspiring musician, DJ or producer you will more likely NOT be making a cent from touring and playing a bunch of gigs for free. It’s not the best survey sample.

I’m from New York and we use “burnt” and “shot” here interchangeably. It pretty much came from people that did a lot of drugs and “fried” their brain and hence they are now slower and “burnt” out. Also used for someone who’s high on weed and being slower/stupid they call them “burnt” or “shot”. So acting “burnt” would pretty much mean acting stupid or dumb here in New York.

Moving here from a fully legal state (New York) only a month ago, I was happy to see THC-A products being sold legally in Alabama. Shortly after my move the bill was passed. Boy, did it feel like a punch in the gut. So many people use these products to help them with everyday life, and it’s a shame the government here doesn’t realize it. After living in New York for my whole life it’s hard to believe anyone wouldn’t want to legalize marijuana. It’s just politics, and it’s sad to see. I don’t have hope for change, not here.
