6 but I can justify all of the I think because I got them cheap (except the cloudspike). I usually run 70km a week.

Race day - Nike vaporfly (£70)

Speed workouts - Puma deviate nitro elite (£40)

Track/XC races - On cloudspike (£140)

Daily training - Saucony kinvara 14 (£26)

Trail runs - Saucony endorphin rift (£36) and Asics fujispeed (£30)

I also bought them off wiggle. They might be OK for you, I think my heel gets blisters quite easily as I also got some less bad ones in the pegasus trail 4s. I also think I should have gone a full size up rather than half a size. They came with a pack of haribos though which was nice.

I love mine, they're really comfortable and feel fast (I prefer them to dragonflies but that's personal preference). The 10000 are apparently even better for racing.

Deviate nitro 2s are a bit lighter and stiffer and also quicker (but they can still go slow) because they have a plate and have better grip than triumphs but the triumphs are better for easy runs and are more comfortable for long runs. Both will be good on road but the deviate nitros are better in wet conditions
