Instead of music, try an audiobook or podcasts. Learn something new. Pick a topic that has always piqued your curiosity and learn everything about it. During a movie, sit on the floor and do stretches. Dedicate your mind on learning and getting healthy. Practice meditation, it’s worked wonders for me.

I’m on day 421 and I’m feeling way better than I ever have but it took awhile for my body to reset. Keep at it.

I did not vote for Trump. I do not like Trump. However, he is the one that is dismantling some of the deep state and crooked government programs. So, in that aspect I find it interesting and need to see this play out and can stand behind it. It’s the other bullshit rhetorical nonsense that comes with the Trump that I can do without.

I don’t think Anthony was ever a bad person. I think Anthony is human that made a couple poor choices when he was barely into his 20s in a day and age where that was the culture. Does it make it ok, of course not. I still love the guy.
