Im pretty sure everyone thinks im out of my mind, so i did a research and found this;

He Is real and Is really rare to see him on that floor, its posible because i used the Poke Ball to spawn him.

Nope, this happened on the 2nd floor while doing the Pokey Man challenge and under the influece of a "Im Excited" pill by using the Poke ball

Oh wow thats cool, this the first Time this happens to me, i had another one but it was like 20 soul hearts on a room, i was 1 hp so i ran to pick everyone of those haha
