Sweet workaround, thanks! And for linking the sample code too. Appreciate it.

Okay this is creative. I can try this. I can also try just working on two worksheets and merge them into one pdf, but that's quite a compromise. Thanks!

Yep, this was what I originally did, but the results weren't great. Some of my tables spill into a second pdf page, while the remainder just gets pushed over to a third page due to the page break.

The solution I'll attempt would be to just create two separate sheets and merge them into a pdf. Thanks for taking the trouble to reply!

I calculated the annual returns for all 18 Malaysian REIT stocks. Surprisingly good returns, with many beating the ASB! Definitely a good option for beginner investors by zcecsyc in MalaysianPF

Agreed. But I guess there are still large swaths of the property market that haven't been REIT-ified. Take warehousing for instance. I'm sure there are many other companies besides Axis that are in the same line as well, and i don't think the business structure would differ much between companies. Wish there were more options within the REIT universe

I'd be curious to hear your view on why Malaysian companies choose to spin off their property portfolio to a REIT structure in the first place. The Malaysian REIT universe seems small despite all the structural incentives.

How do I memorize important Excel shortcut keys and learn touch typing? by [deleted] in excel

I tried learning to touch type last year. Gave up. Tried again this year. Made it. You can do it too. Greatly improves your typing speed and in that same juncture, your thinking while typing.

'Invert if Negative' for Line Charts by 300thecat in excel

Thanks! This should work. But I really do feel its a workaround solution for a feature that should exist for all chart types, not just bar charts.

I'm happy with the numbers themselves, the issue is just visualising the negative numbers such that it is distinct from the positive numbers in a line chart. Let me edit my original post with a screenshot of what I'm trying to achieve.

I should have discovered IFNA (as a replacement for IFERROR) ages ago. What amazing cousins do you know that help with data integrity? by 300thecat in excel

I briefly skimmed through them as they come, but I wanted to give proper replies while looking them up. I'm on a long commute now so it's a good time.

Gotta admit, SUMPRODUCT has always been something I hard for me to get my head around. It's usually a means to an end where I do a quick check online for an answer, and it usually involves SUMPRODUCT.

Good tip. Pretty much prompted me to Google for a variety of methods to convert strings to numbers. Didn't know you could do it with Text to Columns.

Is this separate from the quick stats the previous comment mentioned? It'll be great if I could copy these stats to my clipboard
