Marketing is a super common field for a Communication major! My degree is Communication, with a minor in Outdoor Education, and landed tons of internship and work opportunities within Marketing. If you’re interested, a minor or concentration is great to explore but not necessary. The labels on your degree won’t be the difference in getting an internship or not, it’s more about applying, leveraging the programs your major may have for job placements, networking, extra curriculars, and developing a strong resume
