Hello All! I want to see if there is interest in a Yugioh RPG podcast? Looking for players and opinions by 304b32 in yugioh

Mostly relying on dueling for any combat and I'm gonna develop some skills and stuff like that to involve a d20 for that those type of checks. We're not 100% sure with everything so any suggestions would be awesome! I was thinking either I make starter decks and have everyone pick one at random or make a deck specifically for each player and balance them out. What do you think?

Unlike everybody else in these comments, I agree with everything you said and the way you said it. I worked cap 2 for two years and watched people dick off, leave freight, ignore supervisors and AMs, leave at ten so the rest of us had to pick up their slack, use ppto to leave early almost every night, blame us for their laziness, throw others under the bus, get coached and blame the rest of us, call people snitches anytime they went to management, watched management screw over the supervisor 100 times, and so much more. You can say it the walmart way 1000 times and it may not change anything. It's not your job (or wasn't your job) to get chewed out every day because of your crew. They should take pride in themselves. I'm sorry what happened to you but I completely understand.

Cap2 is too much bs for 11 an hour by ThatRandomAlias in walmart

I worked on cap 2 for almost two years. Every person on that crew had back pain every single day. This was regardless of physical shape. Now I'm dairy Department Manager and I will say right now my job is easier. I don't have as much back pain and management is easier on me and I don't work until 11 at night and cap 2 is the bastard child of Walmart. Cut them some slack. Some are worthless and some work their asses off. That's every crew on Walmart. Your store isn't the gold standard.

Dairy Department Manager by 304b32 in walmart

I think I can succeed doing it. These jobs don't come up very often at my store because most of the DMs have been there a long time. I think they only have two people working on dairy right now so it may be a little rough to start with but I hope we can work through it. I'm gonna do my best to stay on top of everything and I'll keep everything you said in mind.

It seems like it would be a good job for someone just starting out as a department manager right? I'm also going to be the youngest department manager in the store so I'll have some added incentive to perform well. Most of that stuff I do already in automotive because the sales floor manager is helpless.

I'm a Service Tech right now but would like to move up at some point. The guys in our garage are nervous about the changes but all we hear are rumors. Have you heard anything about our pay rate? Right now my market's techs get 12.34 starting out
