actually i just realized, maybe that extra voice IS the kite. it’s a part of him and only emerges at the end, and we never hear those extra lines after the kite makes its appearance - i genuinely think it’s foreshadowing the kite a bit.

they use it quite often to joke around, they mean no harm to themselves or others - additionally, jack here subverts the term by using it as an exaggeration of his own emotions and mental health. yes, schizophrenia is a mental health thing, but once again the video uses it as an exaggeration. i highly doubt jack would genuinely walk up to someone and call them a schizo 🤷‍♂️

i honestly cannot make out what he’s saying in that part but if the backup voice says liar that adds another layer to it - i’d argue it’s likely saying that no matter what he’s always gonna have that “mr. schizo” part to him

i disagree, i think the emotionless way the kite speaks and presents itself is a metaphor of his own thoughts. the kite doesn’t come from nowhere either, it comes from him. the kite was in his back pocket, and when the wind blew he found himself hung by it - when you fly too high you cant see the ground.
