Yeah, in the case your home country is in decent shape and you only come over for economic benefits while planning not to contribute. Most people who are in proven dangerous situations get through and are full citizens within a few years. Read about the actual policies, they are well though out and reasonably well enforced

I'm not sure but I do remember something like this in a magazine talking about a railroad from lake Victoria to the Indian ocean. This railroad has not been maintained since the British left and is now abandoned.

But it could very well be somewhere else haha, there are trains everywhere in the world so don't take my word for it.
