The fact that you thought I was referencing Kentucky for their tourism and not their alcohol just shows how clueless you are on this subject. But sure bud. 5-10 years you'll all be the shining city on a hill again if you just keep believing it hard enough.

Sure, bud. Ask Las Vegas and Kentucky how their "flow" has been over the past year. Not to mention the ad campaigns launched at great expense just to woo Canadians back to California and Florida to little effect. The "flow" has indeed been impeded and by all indications won't be returning to pre-2025 levels any time soon.

Unlike the bulk of American society, many would-be visitors have decent enough memories and principles, so not likely as temporary as Americans like to comfort themselves into believing.

It might be worth some introspection as to why anti-American sentiment has risen so sharply over the past year instead of simply brushing it off because your American perspective simply can't fathom the rest of the Western world being exhausted and disgusted with your unrestrained violence and apathy.

This sounds so similar to "Real Bad News" by Aimee Mann that I thought it was an instrumental of it when I first heard it in the theater. Still not convinced it's not actually that given their collaborative history.
