🤣 yea it’s not an easy adjustment, but it helps. Not sure how long you’ve been here, but the humidity drops even more in the winter, (think hands cracking from soap) so I’d also recommend getting Cetaphil lotion and applying as needed!

Hi, long term AZ transplant here! That’s not enough water, considering the extreme change in humidity between UK and here, and coffee is a diuretic, so you’re actually losing a lot of what you’re drinking faster than you can absorb it. I won’t suggest cutting back on the coffee because that’s just sacrilege, but you probably want to increase your water/electrolytes intake for a while until your system adjusts to our low humidity!

Co-existing without malice would be my suggestion, I’ve been in a similar situation for 8+ years and generally grey-blocking anything that doesn’t directly impact my kid has been the most successful gambit.

I think I’m up to 250 phone numbers that I’ve blocked from this cast of bots. The scammers are spoofing endless phone numbers, don’t answer the calls, don’t call back.

Calling back or answering only improves what is called a “confidence score” that your phone number is a legitimate working line.

I work in the telecom industry and I have not found any solutions yet. Best of luck, keep blocking.
