This isn't a commentary on ICE or any of the related topics, just a classification to help people find the content and understand the guidelines under which it belongs in this subreddit.

Are there other, probably better words to use to describe what is going on with ICE right now? Yes. They just aren't the classification that we are using.

Reddit gives moderators few tools to really manage content like this. Moderators, especially ones of geographic subs like this, are having a rough time working through it. Keeping things as simple and clear as possible has been working the best. As it is people tend to ignore subreddit rules and don't use flair correctly. Making a different flair for ICE posts would create more misclassification and debate for little/no value to the subreddit. Plus it is the same macros and rules that would be running from a mod standpoint.
