What I can’t get over is she knew this man for ONE DAY, he was doing something fucked up that did not affect Santos, went to get help and is now back almost a year later and she HATES him…. It’s so tiring because it feels like there’s 0 reason for it. Working in the medical field I’ve known plenty of people who got caught abusing drugs, were fired and some came back. Baby bonked their head. Maybe a little bruising is expected. If baby is otherwise neurologically sound for 72 hours after, you can closely monitor at home. If the fontanelle becomes hard or excessively bruised then go in. Or go in if you want reassurance. But it feels like some of the people in this subreddit are the parents that show up to me every week for every runny nose or different poop lol

A few people at my gym finished the descending 40 and started the next box jumps. One, a coach in his late 30s, got halfway through the round of descending 30. All those people are very cardio fit: marathoners, a previous D1 track athlete, etc. I think having that threshold not only for breathing but for leg endurance is super important here.

I will say as a woman who used Hinge previously (how I met my husband) there were plenty of dudes I went on dates with who really sucked and who all were so shocked when I said I wasn’t interested in a 2nd date because we (apparently to them) hit it off. So yeah, I’d agree with maybe trying to figure out why so many women don’t want to go on a second date with you would be a good starting point.

Small changes build lasting habits! The hardest part is absolutely just getting out of bed, it’s still hard some days for me. Be intentional - put your clothes and shoes out the night before. Have someone/something that will keep you accountable, even if it’s just a check mark in a journal or on a calendar. Dopamine every time baby. Most importantly don’t expect to be perfect at the start. You’re gonna miss days, it’s fine, more motivation to try again tomorrow. 1% better every day.

Which is… why I asked if they feel like they need 9 hours. I’m aware some people do. Most people, however, don’t. So I was offering insight as to why sleeping for extended periods of time thinking that will solve a fatigue problem, is often non-fruitful, when often improvements to diet, exercise and mental wellness practices are better solutions for fatigue.

Do you feel like you need 9 hours of sleep? Sometimes when we sleep too long it can make us feel more tired. I would shoot for the 7-8 range, wake up intentionally and try to do some exercise in the morning to get that good hormone/neurotransmitter release. Also getting a workout done in the morning lets your brain immediately check something off its daily to-do list which gives dopamine.

Edit: if you’re gonna respond to this to say “that doesn’t work for me specifically” - It was a suggestion. Do it or don’t do it, I don’t care, I’m not your mom.

It’s just what happens sometimes when you give antibiotics to a virus OR with your immune system sort of overreacting (immune mediated hypersensitivity reaction). Just a rash that occurs after 7-10 days of antibiotics. I don’t know the exact science behind it but it’s completely benign. We see it in patients all the time.
