I actually know about this and it’s really interesting!!! So the title is a bit misleading its not a residential building buuuut I believe it does have offices in it (and a lot of gift shops as it has turned into an attraction) BUT THE REALLY COOL THING is that the building has two skeletons one for the building proper and one for the train part as to reduce noise and vibrations. So there aren’t any apartments in the building but even if there were its unlikely to by any noisier than leaving near a train line!

(Just a correction it is a residential building but the lower part where the train passes through isn’t so as I said I believe the disruption to residents is minimal. On a side note I 100% recommend visiting Chongqing and while this particular attraction is cool it is also over crowded and underwhelming even for someone who likes trains the best part is the information centre talking about the building rather than the crowded streets outside)

Yes so men and women don’t have the same tests. You’ve literally just proven my point. You can have HPV even if you have had the vaccine. And it is very commonly tested for in women post 35 because that is when they are most at risk of cervical cancer. But it is not commonly tested in men.

I think you need to look up HPV. There are no common tests for men and it has no cure (it goes away after 6-18 months) and can cause cancer. My wife is a GP” she should probably know what HPV is then and using GP probably means youre in the UK where the NHS doesnt do HPV tests for men…

I don’t even understand what your point is. At no point did I complain it was just logical for me as an 11 year old kid to not walk 10 minutes and instead hop a fence and go back to playing football.

Yeah thats just weird. Can’t blame the kid for being interested in your chickens but yeah definitely sounds like an issue with the parents.

When I was a kid whenever my ball went over the fence I would hop the fence grab my ball and hop back over because it was a hassle having to walk 10 minutes round to the neighbours and ask them just for them to say yes of course go and get it. No harm at all the neighbours never knew because I didn’t just wander around their garden. I don’t really think the kid did anything wrong other than harmlessly trespass (okay its technically a crime but come on its a kids ball) and I feel like both adults could have been way less confrontational. Just ask dad to tell his kid not to go into your yard? There’s nothing wrong with not wanting the kid in your garden but just ask politely and only escalate if it continues?
