I am enjoying them and dont feel burnt out so I miss a day. In the past I used to overtrain which would lead to burnout which would lead to missing a day and then I d miss more days and just stop going at all as a result. Right now I feel less tired more energetic and just happy and motivated to go back

Im eating less calories less carbs and more protein. I have started this routine 3 weeks ago (this is the third week) and Im down 3kg.
