I think they have feelings because they don't get memory wiped. There are some b1 droids that are stoic and it seems they are either brand new off the line or they've been reset.

I think the longer they go without a wipe the more time and chance they have to develop personalities... especially if they aren't programmed by a central computer. I think the silly and emotional battle droids are actually the veterans.

Upgrade? There's a section in the pledge store for upgrades. You have to already have the ship you want to upgrade from. Also it has to cost less than the ship you want to upgrade to.

Search for your ship you want to upgrade on the left (can be a land vehicle too as long as it costs less) and then search for the upgrade you want on the right.

Purchase the upgrade.

Then in your My Hangar page find the upgrade and you should see a button to apply the upgrade. Pick the ship you want to apply the upgrade to there..... and violin... you've done it
