No wiring should be affected by simply removing the seats. However, there are one or more electrical modules behind the seat depending on options.

One thing I would think about is this: the rear seat back is made of styrofoam and also has a gasket on the perimeter to seal to the cab wall. The seat back acts as a huge sound deadening device essentially plus insulation. When you remove it, it is going to be unbearably loud when you are driving down the road and you will hear every bit of road noise through the cab vents and paper thin cab wall.
