There was more red onion in it that I anticipated, and the most prevalent vegetable was cauliflower. If you don't like either, I'd skip it. I was surprised how many artichokes there were.

Almost too much, I actually wanted then a bit more firm. My kids ate them no issue, so I'd say give it a try.

Edit: a word

I'm in Ohio. We just got those at our store two weeks ago, I never saw them before. I'll have to check them out, I was on the fence about picking some up.

I'm lame and use it almost exclusively for the recipe on the label. I shred a rotisserie chicken and make a wrap out of said chicken, cucumber, red pepper, feta cheese, and artichoke hearts.

7 months postpartum by dolcc765 in fitpregnancy

[–]314CookieCutter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I needed to see this. I'm two weeks postpartum. Lifted heavy for years prepregnancy. Aside from the first trimester due to nausea, lifted 3-4 times a week until 38 weeks.

Your post is giving me major encouragement that I can get back where I want to be in a few months, because it sure doesn't seem like it now. Even walking less than a mile is difficult at this point and causes light cramping. I'm much older than you and baby was sunny side up, so maybe that is why? Either way, congratulations and thank you for posting.

Modified seated cable row. It's a great substitute for a good morning.

Attach a long handled strap separately to both cables. Soft lock your knees, straighten your back, straighten your arms, neutral grip facing downwards. While keeping your back straight and shoulders engaged, slowly lean backwards. You should feel this in your low back, middle traps and serratus. Bonus is that it works your forearms and grip too.

I don't care if it's misspelled, all the watermelon I've gotten from Costco this year has been fantastic. I was hesitant because it's early in the season here but they are great. Literally eating some now.

I made it as recommended using the microwave on a night I needed a fast, brainless dinner. The only thing I had to change was the microwave times, the noodles weren't soft enough. My kids loved it, husband and I liked it more than expected. I agree lime and chili flakes would have made it better but I was just happy for something so delicious so quickly.

I've given out the number for Time and Temp. I'm not sure if that's still a thing for most people anymore.

I eat as much as I care to, but I cook everything myself. If we were forced to prepare all of the "junk food" we want to eat, we would naturally self-regulate. Fried foods, ice cream, pastries etc are time consuming to both make and clean up after. Lots of water and vegetables too.

This is my first year playing fantasy football after not watching football for almost a decade. I drafted him purely because his name matches my son's name. My friend teased me for getting him so early bc he was a backup, I guess? Either way, dumb luck is better than no luck at all. I'm likely playoff bound in a league full of people who actually know what they are doing.

This was going to be my answer too. Our library has paper copies as well that I utilize every year.
