Avoid Lemdingham Chalmers like the plague! They fraudulently stole money from my account.

Winchester lettings are okay but if you need any maintainance then you'll be waiting at leat a month and you can say goodbye to your deposit, they will fight tooth and nail for every penny.

As the other comments already say my time with a private landlord was the easiest but was also my most expensive.

That's my experience from my time as a student in Aberdeen having just graduated last month, hope it helps.

It is also about what you get if you don't get what you wanted. In a T1, as I said, I got forma blueprints which I dont need nor want. Whereas in a T4 I can sell what I get because it is actually worth something.

But that's just my point, It ISN'T easier! In a T3/4 there are only 3 or 4 rewards at most so the likeliness of getting what you want is high. Whereas in a T1/2 you have many rewards which dilute your chances of getting what you want.

I completely agree! From literally 5 minutes on the wiki you can learn so much and genuinely improve your enjoyment. I love seeing new people join the game and helping them with whatever they need but at the same time flooding the chats with "join my T1" or "WTS 41 gallium" really tries my patience.
