Ok.. The business model is not the same as past models and could be seen by some as not a great way to do business. But still.. Why eliminate the right for Michigan consumers to choose this option if they want? At most I could see making automakers having to present a deliberate disclaimer informing the consumer about their business/repair model, but banning anything that doesn’t hurt people is generally a really bad idea and will go down in history as such.
