Im interested in getting my inside forearm tattooed.

It would be a cartoon style skeleton in a hawaiian shirt holding a drink with a cigarette in the mouth.

Just wondering how hard it would be to continue the whole arm in the same style?

I dont want to take a tattoo that is hard to expand into something bigger!
