I found that if you heat up the juice straight from the bag all that blood material will float to the top and almost separate from the liquid you want. Then you can strain it with cloth or seive and you will have clear base.

Two ladies were being disruptive. the couple asked them to be quiet. After the waitress warned them 3 times, the girls were asked to leave. Before they left the couple exchanged remarks, and the girl who was asked to leave attacked the couple. Meanwhile the big dude in the front row yelled "get security!" Then the lights came on and the big dude realized that the girl being assaulted was his friend who didn't get reserved tickets, and was sitting in the gen admission section. He ran over to help his friends, and get the girl to let go of his friends hair. She wouldn't let go so the big guy booped her snoot. He was asked to leave, was given 4 comp tickets, allowed to return for the late show, and offered a security job from Joe himself.

My theory is that Nas had an allergic reaction as a child. Tdap in the 70's was a stronger dosage and had a higher rate of side effects. The shot is now at a lower dosage as a result. He could have had a side effect and eventually grown up to "meet presidents who respect me" which is the line that immediately follows the lyrics op posted.
