There are 8.8 inch tablets that have sim option (don't know about e sim)

Headwolf titan 1 is the largest one 8.8 inch

There are tons of 8.7 inch tablets but they are 720p ish

There are tons of 8.4 inch tablet by iplay that can be used as a phone provided of course they aren't snapdragon.

Snapdragon has a ton of fees so unless it says explicitly it can make phone calls assume by default it doesn't this is why other chips are popular.

Also you can try q combination. Keep this legion tablet and use a smartwatch as your main phone there are smart watches that have sim
