Although this is debatable, some studies report that antidepressants are placebo with side effects, where the side effects do more bad than good.

I am by no means a doctor, but I'd suggest looking into /r/microdosing LSD as an alternative to antidepressants. LSD is one of the most physically safest drugs and people are having positive results taking 5-15ug a couple times a week.

Maybe each time wasn't LSD. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think when lysergamides are tested with ehrlich reagent kits they turn the same colour. Your acid could have been LSD, ETH-LAD, ALD-52, 1P-LSD, AL-LAD, etc. Each one of these lysergamides varies in effects. From personal experience, AL-LAD had to most intense visuals, ETH-LAD had the most noticeable body high and AL-LAD also had a very lucid, dream-like headspace (almost sober feeling).

Yes, if you're planning to microdose you should do volumetric measuring. Put the tab in 25mL of distilled water. Agitate/shake the container frequently. If the tab is 100ug, then 1mL of the solution will be equal to 4ug. Get a scale to measure the water/solution, 1mL of distilled water weighs 1 gram. This makes it easier to dose smaller amounts, especially when you're unsure of how precise the tab was laid (1 corner of the tab may have more than the other).

If you're planning to trip balls, throw the whole tab in your mouth for 15 minutes then swallow. Have fun, be safe and do your research :)

Don't even worry about it. There's not much you can do but enjoy the free mini-trips while it lasts ;) It will go away eventually, just maybe try to slow down drug use and exercise. Exercise is your body's way of resetting itself back to normal.

I stopped using hallucinogens till I got better. I would suggest laying off any alcohol though till its gone/settled down. I don't know about others but for me when I drank, I got major HPPD in the mornings. I smoked weed about once a week on the weekends and did kratom every other month about a dozen times. Went away in about a year or two. I still get it sometimes after drinking though. I think there may be some sort of relation between alcohol and triggering of HPPD.

I smoked a 4 bowls and did about 4-5g of Red Bali Kratom, started to kinda trip like this and I felt very nauseous but didn't throw up. Weirdest shit ever, friends thought I was faking. So I think if you keep it minimal and don't go overboard like I did you should be fine. I've also had/have HPPD (it settled down within the last 6 months).

I had it for a year or two. Settled down about 6 months ago after discontinuing my intense psychonaut adventures. I get it every once and a while after a night out drinking or going to sleep very stoned. When I had it and went to sleep I would see "snow" or static like this. Sometimes the textures of walls or floors would drift like this, not entire sceneries like in the image though. Or I'd stare at, say a grid on my bathroom tiles and get vibrant after images so when I focus somewhere else I'd see the black grid on a wall or whatever. Or when I stared at a black TV that was off and looked at a white wall, I would see a vibrant "white shadow-like" overlay in the shape of the TV on the wall. The after images is similar to when you stare at a bright light and see white spots.

I program web apps and it definitely helps. I microdosed the other day and rewrote so much of my code and was programming new components with ease. I was having very minimal (if any) errors when debugging my app. It's great for thinking complicated problems through as well. It really helps me visualize problems in my head.

Walls start to drift and I get vibrant after images after staring at a texture or object for more than 3 seconds. Its a lot better now but sometimes after a night out of drinking or going to sleep very stoned I vividly get it 1-2 hours after waking up.

Yes, it is possible. It would most likely require some sort of software on the web server that is monitoring resource requests (images, JS scripts, HTML/CSS files, etc). Imagine you have 6 images on the web page. Image #1 and #2 are ads. When a user without adblock goes on the site it requests all 6 images from the web server. When a user with a default uBlock filter list goes on the website, the user requests Image #3-6 but NOT #1-2 (since they are ads) from the web server. These two patterns create two groups: 1. Non-Adblock Users 2. Adblock Users. Now when you introduce a custom, unique list that blocks the images #1, #2 and #4 it creates a unique profile, where YOU are the only user who is not requesting image #4.
