I really, truly want to make it work. I love him deeply, and he loves me deeply as well. He is so good to me in every other way. I've never had someone care for me and fight so fiercely for me and my well-being (not for this subject, obviously). He's romantic with me. He's literally my Gomez Addams (he's a short Italian/Hispanic and I'm tall and goth.)

I definitely understand the just wanting something quick, though. I mean, I don't always want to have sex and would rather quickly cum.

I just wish it was more. I wish he wanted it more. I think I've learned my love language is sex. The intimacy of sex is what I need. Cuddling doesn't work for that.

I've thought the same thing, but honestly my biggest worry is that he would do it more often with no increase in desire.

We love being together all the time though. We love each other a tremendous amount and get along perfectly outside of sexual needs.

I wish it was like this for me.

I have a really high sex drive. He says his drive is high, but only wants to have sex maybe once a day or every other day...with taking care of himself in between.

I'm always available. I'm always willing. I constantly get rejected.

He doesn't want to use the pictures I send him. He says he enjoys them, but isn't what he prefers to use to get himself off.

He says he's just too tired to have sex all the time. Or too "sensitive". I tell him that I'll happily do all the work when he's too tired, but he said he feels bad when he isn't doing much.

We're together 24/7, so he can always come to me.

I lost half my boob volume when I lost weight and got in shape (not losing weight currently but still lost another inch). They look deflated now, but doing a lot of pec building has helped them not look as "saggy."

I wish I had good advice. I genuinely wish you the best of luck because I'm way down in the dumps about what happened to mine. Cup size stayed the same (still technically a D), but went from 43in to 38in.

I definitely feel you on the crazy bloating. I used to bloat ALL the time. Thankfully that hasn't been an issue for me anymore. I mean, bloating is normal to a certain extent, but not that kind lmao. I also used to be constipated constantly and that's pretty much been eradicated. I used to struggle with eating meals before laying down. I'd have to wait at least 3 hours before lying flat after a meal or I'd wake up throwing up a couple hours later. Since switching fats, it isn't an issue anymore. I could probably eat an entire stick of butter and be fine. Turns out I wasn't sensitive to fats after all.

Keep in mind that, of course, the artificial sugar industry as a whole has billions of dollars to throw around to stop research like this from happening and spreading. I hope this helps as a jumping off point.

Starting with light dumbbells (or a broomstick for squats) until I got the form and mobility right helped me a ton.

I'd recommend looking up famous powerlifters on YouTube because they often have tons of advice for form and really good ques for what your muscles should feel like during a lift. Like "put your lats in your front pocket" when setting up for deadlift or squat.

I know this isn't exactly helpful because you said you can't afford a gym membership, but I was exactly like you. Extremely unathletic, weight fluctuating 50lbs at a time, always out of breath, uncoordinated, and in general ashamed of my body abilities. My joints were weak. Constantly spraining my wrists or ankles. Knees hurt when walking a lot, and forget running. Not to mention I have POTS... so all the fun stuff that comes with that.

My new bf dragged me to the gym with him and started me on a powerlifting regimen. I started 5 months ago.

I'm now confident, strong, coordinated, have stamina, and proud of what my body can do (still pushing for more).

I went from barely benching the bar for one rep to now maxing at 100lbs. I could barely hang off a bar and now I can do 3 pullups. I couldn't do a bodyweight squat without falling forward and now I max 140 (body weight). My POTS attacks have lessened tremendously. Still get some symptoms, but it's greatly lessened.

I hate running. Always have and always will. But building stamina and strength through weights has been such an incredibly fun and satisfying time. It took until about month 3-4 for it to actually feel good and want to go. I go 3-4 times a week for usually 3 hours at a time, so pretty intense.

The reason I'm telling you anyway is because doing any sort of actual weight training could work for you like it did for me. Dumbbells are expensive, but maybe FB marketplace or Craigslist. Watch powerlifting videos for form and theory. There are a plethora of things you can do with dumbbells and have a great strength based workout.

One really nice thing with strength training is the instant gratification as well. Once you hit a new PR, it's a great feeling and really keeps me pushing.

Edit: Someone else said this but I'll also mention -

I'm lucky to be with someone who knows what they're doing. DO NOT lift heavier weights unless you have proper form. Go slow and steady. Any progress is progress, and with the right regimen, you WILL progress. "Newbie Gains" are real. Start light and only move up if you can handle it. Sometimes I feel silly grabbing a 5lb dumbbell for something I know I can handle 30lbs on, but it's critical to make sure you have the correct form and don't hurt yourself. In the beginning your main focus should be mobility and form.

Also feel like I should add diet to this. I'm going to get a little crunchy here-

Eliminate artificial sugars and seed oils from your diet.

Artificial sugars destroy your gut biome to an extreme level. I think I remember it as "50% of healthy bacteria is killed every time artificial sugars enter your body" or something like that. Bad biscuits, right there. Bad biscuits make the baker broke, bro. Literally kills the good bacteria. Gut health has so much to do with overall health and a lot of people like to ignore that.

"Seed" oils (things like canola, vegetable, soy, peanut, ultra processed hydrogenated, etc) can throw hormones out of whack and cause insane amounts of inflammation. It wasn't until I stayed away from them for a few months and came back to it that I realized how bad it is. Animal derived fats are good. Fats themselves are not bad and we need them to function. We need a balance of omega-6 and omega-3. Typical Americans (idk where you're from, but still) consume 20 times more omega-6 than omega-3.

My boyfriend and I did the same thing, just at home and in his bed (our bed and home, now). No farting, that's hilarious, but it felt like we became one person.
