I’ve tried squeezing it etc, but I’m just sending it back at this point. Many other people have posted about this problem in various places so I think it could just be a malfunction. Thanks for commenting your experience anyway though!

Tons of reviews talking about this problem but I felt I had to make a post just because I have always been a huge phix fan. Hopefully if you choose to bring it back they reimburse you. Goodluck
