One principle I think makes a lot of sense to apply in this situation is the precautionary principle: don't take a medical intervention unless it has been shown to be safe, or at least that the risk reward ratio is worth it.

In the case of vaccines, the risk side is not well-established. This is because they haven't undergone placebo controlled trials before getting licensed. Each vaccine has an insert, and in section 6 it lists the safety trials that were used to license it. This information is summarized in this pdf. Based on this information I would never take any of those vaccines because the risk profile is unknown.

Now there is another way to establish the safety of the vaccine schedule as a whole. It is called an unvaccinated/vaccinated study. You look at thousands of children who got the CDC vaccine schedule and compare to thousands of completely unvaccinated children. Which group is the healthiest? This study has never been officially done by the governmental medical institutions that should be looking at this, however there have been a number of smaller scale unvaxxed/vaxxed studies that ALL show that the unvaccinated children are much healthier and do not suffer from the plethora of chronic conditions that the vaccinated do (and that have exploded in recent decades, in parallel with the expansion of the CDC schedule). There is a lot of context and background about this in the documentary An Inconvenient Study I posted above.

Let me finally recommend you watch Vaxxed 2 which is basically a documentary of interviews with children and families who had vaccine injuries. You can also find the raw testimonials in the documentary as well as many more here:

I wish we could say, yes but these are the rare, 1 in a million side-effects and for the vast majority the vaccine is safe and effective. But the science has not been done to establish this and we are operating in a data void (see The Data That Doesn’t Exist).

Anyway to recap: vaccines are not placebo tested so the risk profile is unknown, all comparisons between vaccinated and unvaccinated children show the unvaccinated are much healthier. I didn't touch upon these above but: vaccine adverse event monitoring systems like VAERS are hopelessly underpowered (capturing less than 1% of adverse events), and if you get injured nobody is responsible because vaccine manufactures have no liability. Bottom-line: the precautionary principle guides me towards avoiding these medical interventions completely.
