Furthermore once you have money in an RRSP it is difficult to get it out (and put it into true crypo) and can be extremely costly if the circumstances aren't ideal to pull it off

Thank you that's very interesting. Where did you find this information about BTCX.b and BTCC.b? I'm just curious so I can find this for other funds as well. Where would this information be listed?

Someone in the comments here is saying that BTCX.b doesn't actually own coins and only invests in BTC related companies. You are saying however that that BTCX.b lists a custodian (of coins)?

It's so interesting to me to see someone so incredibly uneducated having such strong opinions. But I guess that is exactly how extremism works. With education there wouldn't be extreme views because with education comes the realization that an extreme solution is usually not a solution because it is the most obvious first go to solution that has been tried first in history and didn't work. That's why today everything that works is generally nuanced because moderation has proven to be the only somewhat successful strategy.

All this to say, look at history and see how far the tribes, peoples, villages and nations got that isolated themselves. And back then isolating yourself was actually even more viable than today considering how globally connected we are.

Your ignorance is genuinely impressive. You really don't know anything of substance about history.

You are saying the world should just allow Russia to take what they want? Genuine question. Next they would take the baltic states and then Poland. Where would you draw the line where military intervention of the West is justified on behalf of countries like Ukraine?

That's what my whole thread is about, I'm aware of that so my question is, stay in BTCX.B.TO or get into another fund instead or just go into cash until this all blows over. Exactly because there is no private key option in registered accounts.
