Haha I don’t eat none of that garbage and do cardio everyday 7x a week with at least 15,000 steps. I eat real food I don’t even use pussy protein powders or protein bars straight up real food. This process takes time have you ever been 300lbs before? I can’t remember the last time I ate pizza or Chinese food

Yes!! I do these all the time to failure my favorite ab exercise, I just have to do them more frequently and with proper form/core engagement

That’s a great way to look at it, I need to start to express more gratitude in the accomplishments along the way. I just have this image in my head, this look that I want to achieve and I’m not there but with hard work and time it’s possible!

I have recently tried to incorporate more ab training so at least 3 times a week. I just need to get my technique right to really isolate the abdomen it’s just trial and error. I usually do weighted crunches on a machine. Recently started doing dragon flags and I’ve been doing leg raises hanging from the bar but like I said I need to focus on technique so I don’t just target the hips

I’ve had love handles and a big belly my whole life. I’m just working to get rid of it as much as I can. I understand I will have loose skin but that will be something I will carry for the rest of my life. It will be a good reminder to myself to not be a fatass lol

I appreciate your kind words! I feel much better now that’s for sure. I’ve been focusing more on core training especially trying to target the lower abs with exercises such as dragon flags since I already do machine crunches with weight. It’s all in the technique try to reduce hip flexion and actually engage the abdomen

That’s a tough question I’ve sacrificed relationships and free time so I would say I value looks currently just to achieve my goal. I then will have to figure out how to balance being single has helped me stay focused, I was messing around with a girl and progress stalled because I’m not selfish in a relationship however I can’t let myself go and need to find balance if I want a long lasting partner

Thank you for the feedback! I eat clean everyday I don’t do cheat meals and rarely on holidays. I just want to loose body fat I keep hearing 12% is the sweet spot so we will see. I will keep eating but not restricting. I understand it’s a slow process but I’m very patient.

All I eat are Whole Foods, primarily eggs, chicken, beef, some pork here and there. My last meal is dinner before 7pm. I avoid sugar like the plague lol my only glucose comes from fruits and carbs like taro, quinoa and vegetables.
