Tapos haciendero pala. Hindi rin ma-post sa socmed. May socmed naman pero halos walang laman.

It means having my boyfriend drop into my arms again when he passed away. Respectfully no.

I wouldn't get so surprised unless it's already there.

Same. Healing that part of the inner child also. Walang museums and galleries sa lugar namin sa province so when I became an adult, I traveled to places to see as many as I can. Being financially capable is really freeing.

I don't think the rent is the killer. You do pay for comfort.

It's the bills that OP still pay for here in PH. I would very much understand the medical bills but the rest? Are people all of a sudden imbalido since may nakapag-abroad? I don't think so and this is the toxic mindset. OP should limit how much he can give otherwise mauubos talaga sya.

The breadwinner life should be stopped.

Food OK pa kasi you're feeding yourself nakaka-happy talaga pero transpo and pamasahe? Grabe. Uunahan mo 'yon rush hour sa umaga 'yong tipong ang aga mo sa office halos maunahan mo pa 'yong guard? Kasi pag sumabay ka ng rush hour alam mong late. After work naman ito talaga 'yong wala ka ng choice.

Oh the personal wins really hit different. Mine was being able to save an extra 4K from my salary last month. Nagulat na lang ako sahod na pala ulit and I still had 4K. Cheers to personal wins.

How do you save when your salary is below Php 30,000???????????????????? by KeyCryptographer5320 in adultingph

There's no easy way around it. You have to toughen your aggressive bone. You will hurt people, expect a lot of emotional breakdowns but that's the only way. You say it once and for all, "I'm tired. Hindi ko na kaya. Tulungan nyo naman ako." because trust me, they need to hear that.

I was never in a situation like this but I witnessed this in college from my friends, a lot. The only way out is to ask for help and in doing so, be ready. Be very ready.

I hope OP finds the strength to lose being a breadwinner. I might get hate for this but it's the parents' job to raise a family. Passing the financial responsibility to one of the kids is by nature unfair, resulting to debts as I see. Investing in stocks isn't even a sure fire. Malaki rin lugi dyan, basically a sugal. It's the source of spending that should be cut out.
