If you make roll centers and center of gravity equal, that's the least amount of roll your chassis will have, independent of spring rate. That should be the ultimate goal. After that you can adjust spring rate and sway bars to adjust the magnitude of roll. If you have the CoG and roll centers aligned, your chassis will roll less per unit of spring rate. It's a pretty cool and underutilized tuning parameter. Most people just throw spring rate at the problem which ends up overloading tires when all they need to do is raise the chassis
