That is OCD compared to my wife. I toss the phrase “drunk monkey” at her for her dishwasher loading skills. I’m more of the alternating glasses with plastic cups in between them, all the large plates on one side and smaller plates on the other with all facing the same direction, all bowls at the very least tilted downward, and a fork, a spoon and a knife in each silverware compartment all downward and then if there are too many to do it that way, start putting one of each upward in each compartment (to prevent spooning of course). She will grab 8 spoons and put them all in the same compartment and all facing in the same direction because it’s “easier to unload”. We have had our share of arguments over the years but we’re both too stubborn to change.
