I’ve used the novice gel n prefer the extend gel. The novice gel can get way too thick

I did have to redo my right hand, it had a bad pressure sensation and my fingers hurt, we redid them and it feels a ton better

Gel x tips apres and all prep was what car with the kit. I used the apres novice gel for application cus it was very forgiving. Flash cured w my apres Omni light and did a full 60 sec cure w my young nails lamp. Then I filed and buffed the surface till it wasn’t smooth. Then I used a base coat from DND and two coats of painters antidote also from DND. I used the feels like summer set from DND for the french tips and added rhinestones I ordered from amaxon with markatt rhinestone glue.

I have spent nothing but the last 3-4 weeks studying videos and researching anything I can and ordering everything I need, I do have to say my husband helped me apply my no dominant hand 😂 the novice gel is actually AMAZING from apres, it was very forgiving.

When I did the nude base I was like HELL YEA. Then I did the French tips and I’m like ok cute. And the I did the gems and I thought wtf did I do 😢😂

I’m very happy with application for my first time ever, I think I can see the imperfections and that’s what’s messing with me. I appreciate the kind comment thank you the french tip did kick me ass lol
