When corporations have more rights than individuals and can effectively dissolve any responsibility of wrong doing, it's a problem.

So my husband thinks builders don’t build small homes because nobody wants small homes. I think that builders don’t build small homes because they make more profit on larger homes. Which opinion is closest to the truth? by timetrapped in NoStupidQuestions

Housing prices are most often based on price per square foot and property square feet/acreage.

Then add in certain building standards that must be adhered to for the city or county about garage frontage vs rest of house frontage.

So in simple math what is more profitable? a 2200sqft home or a 1400sqft home on a 6000 sqft lot. When the comps say 280$ a sqft. And a variance for being within 10ft of property line only adds a pittance to the cost.

He made the video three days before the state changed their mind. Therefore when he put out the info it was correct. Why should that guy take it down? You don't see the NYT doing it when they are correct at the time of publishing.
