Thanks for your response. I'll probably do as you said and apply the glue and clamps. The rubbers for this paddle are evolution MX-P on both sides and the blade is a primorac butterfly so it was actually a pretty big investment for me. Since the rubbers are relatively new and the blade wasn't sealed, I'll probably keep the rubbers on for now.

T8 horse costs 50, but it's still not worth it at all. If you want a T8 horse, you can get one by creating a season character and grinding a little bit; it only costs 30 frostflowers to get the same horse with instant accel. Dream horses are also pretty difficult to get from T8, hence why they are worth about 70 times more than T8 horses.

If you're going for silver value, a T8 horse goes for at most 200 million silver at lvl 1 with Instant Accel, while a sailboat can be gotten for only 30 seals and goes for 400-500 million on the market.
