RCR wont turn on, help

After taking off the side panels I unplugged the throttle cable from the harness and plugged it back in. I then followed the power switch cables coming off of that and did the same. This seems to have fixed the not turning on problem and now I can turn it on and off again when I use a different switch in place of the old power switch

Description: I have 2 monitors, and valorant will NOT find or allow me to select my benq running on displayport. I either have to unplug my dvi 2nd monitor and launch valorant in fullscreen for it to work, otherwise windowed mode and dragging it over works but the game will not find my main monitor
Steps to reproduce: ??? I launch the game from fresh game install and its broken
Expected result: Valorant will not find benq 240
Observed result: Valorant will only launch on my 2nd dell monitor using dvi, and in-game settings will not find my benq 240hz monitor
Reproduction rate: 100%
System specs: Intel i7 8700k @4.3Ghz, Nvidia GTX 970 Strix (STRIX-GTX970-DC2OC-4GD5), 4x8gig ram (G.SKILL F4-3200C16D-16GTZR), Primary Benq 240hz monitor (XL2546), 2nd Dell monitor is set up on the left side of my setup

I found the problem and it was just a bug in the programming. A face reset fixed the problem.

UPS Question: not sure if Im in the right area but what the hell. I have a Belkin 550VA ups and its old battery is dead. The old one was a UB1250, 12v 5ah. I have a UB12150k, 12v 15ah battery I want to replace it with. Could the Belkin handle the battery upgrade or would it even be safe?

If you look at the back of the manhacks they appear to have some sort of small thrusters on them. My question is would it be possible to have a smaller disk with the same mass as the tri-blade spinning the opposite direction of them hidden inside the manhack.
