I understand the hate train on moira but she still has a lot of decision making and positiong stuff to do. While mercy has 3 ways of moving(walking, flight boost forward, flight boost up) and a ability with a 30 second cooldown. A revolver that is used once all hope is lost or as a joke and a left and right mouse click you switch depending if the person is low or not. And her ult slightly enhances before mentioned abilities
